Alanna is Water Doctors newest team member and one of the first voices you might hear when calling or face you see when visiting Water Doctors. Alanna is our Administrative Assistant. As the Administrative Assistant she has many responsibilities in the day. Alanna is accountable for anything related answering the phones assisting clients, providing the field techs with information to making sure the offices and showroom stay stocked and presentable. With the abundance of tasks responsible for it is important to not be afraid to dig in and try. With only a couple of months under her belt Alanna has taken initiative to dive into her various responsibilities.
Some fun facts about Alanna are she loves books and reading, and coffee house music. She has many collections including movie theater tickets, old/foreign money, surf boards, and old technology. She “nerds out over a lot of things like outer space, history, and magic tricks.” Additionally, Alanna has a passion for the outdoors and traveling. She has been to 7 countries and 17 states. What do you love most about working at Water Doctors? Everyone is very hardworking and there is definitely a family-oriented vibe here.
When not geeking out over water what can we find you geeking out over? I absolutely love skiing, fishing, and golfing! It’s hard to pick just one!
What is your favorite movie or book or restaurant/meal? Shrimp Linguini Alfredo from Red Lobster or St.Louis-style Spareribs from Famous Dave’s! YUMMM.
What is your favorite place you have travelled to and why? I would say Colorado or Montana because I love the mountains. They are absolutely astonishing.
If you could go anywhere in the world where and why? I have always wanted to go to Sweden because I’m Swedish and that’s where my ancestors are from. I also want to go to Australia! I have never been! I love the culture and the accents!
Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? I am “double jointed” in both my arms, which can look pretty freaky if I do it. It’s definitely my party trick!
What is your favorite family tradition? My family and I go up to our cabin every summer for a week and it’s always a favorite!
